Senior Assistant Director, National HR Capability (Workplace Policy and Strategy Division)
Responsibilities:
You will formulate strategies to strengthen HR capabilities in Singapore to improve people management practices and maximise the potential of workers, developing Singapore as a centre of excellence in HR in Asia. You will also plan and implement specific HR initiatives with partner organisations, engaging and cultivating a strong HR community. Other responsibilities include performing any other tasks as assigned by your supervisors.
Requirements:
You should possess a degree, preferably with at least 5 years working experience (Previous experience in industry development would be an advantage). Systematic and forward looking, you should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.
