Senior Manager, National HR Strategy (Workplace Policy and Strategy Division)
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the HR Capability Building team in MOM in developing strategies to raise HR capabilities in Singapore. You will develop initiatives to position Singapore as an HR Centre of Excellence and also look into initiatives that will help position Singapore as regional thought leader for HR.
You will also be working closely with stakeholders to develop and drive initiatives to understand the HR landscape in Singapore, the needs of industry and develop strategies/initiatives that can address these needs. You will also perform any other tasks as assigned by your supervisors.
Requirements:
You should possess a degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3 years’ working experience. Systematic and forward-looking, you should possess good communication and writing skills. You should also be analytical and possess good critical thinking skills. Experience in the HR field would be an advantage.
