Part-time Telemarketers (Outbound Calls)

We are hiring Telemarketers who are able to work on a permanent part-time basis (hourly rates) with our clients.Your primary duties will be:

• Making outbound calls to customers and to promote their services.
• Assist in handling enquiries
• Liaise closely with travel agents and the general public in a professional manner

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Copes well in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or call centre will be advantageous
• Excellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work on Shifts/Weekends/public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office application
