We are seeking for qualified candidates to apply for the following position:

Accounting Manager / Assistant Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Responsible for management accounting, statutory and group reporting, controls and analysis for business operations.
• Oversee the financial, management and regulatory reporting, including preparation of monthly financial, tax returns and divisional budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead a team of Accounts & Finance staff to ensure timeliness, accuracy & completeness of monthly financial closing.
• Manage timely closure of accounts and submission of reports.
• Ensure accounting and internal control procedures are adhered to.
• Liaise and cooperate with external auditors, lawyers and consultants in all accounting, legal and capital search matters.
• Provide financial information support and analysis for strategic planning/ decision-making
• Ensure compliance of accounting policies and internal controls
• Liaise and co-ordinate with overseas group companies for group reporting purpose and to ensure the compliance of corporate policies. 
• Being a member of the management team supports the senior management as well as Board on all necessary assignments and analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with CPA qualification.
• Minimum of  3 - 5 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Familiar with local financial reporting standards, corporate tax & GST statutory requirements
• Experience in working with ERP software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, resourceful, meticulous and well organized
• Strong financial analysis skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver under pressure
• Working location: Jurong East
• Only Singapore and Singapore PR need apply
• 5 days work week, 8.30am to 6.00pm
